Consent to Participate

By proceeding with this survey, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and consent to the collection and use of your responses as described below. Participation is entirely voluntary. You may exit the survey at any time without consequence to your relationship with The Tambellini Group.

Data Collection & Use

This survey collects professional opinions and business-related feedback. No sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information) is collected. Responses may include your role, organization type, and professional opinions about products and services.

All responses are collected and analyzed by Arion Research LLC, an independent research firm. Individual responses will not be shared with The Tambellini Group. Only aggregated, de-identified findings will be reported.

Survey data will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating client satisfaction and informing TTG's strategic planning. Data will not be sold to third parties or used for marketing purposes unrelated to this engagement.

Data Retention & Security

Survey responses are stored on Zoho Survey's US-based servers and are protected by industry-standard encryption and access controls. Arion Research will retain raw survey data for no longer than 12 months following the close of the survey, after which it will be deleted. Aggregated, de-identified results may be retained indefinitely.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your individual survey responses at any time by contacting Arion Research at the address below. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information has been collected and the right to request its deletion.
